INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION

While most readers recognize me for mediation, I also have taught intercultural communication for many years and appreciate the overlap between mediation skills and intercultural skills.

I was honored in 2011 to be named in the top ten of intercultural communication scholars by “The Interculturalist.”

The 9th edition of that textbook was in the top 3 in market share for intercultural communication courses nationally. 

Now, I am proud to announce the 10th edition of Intercultural Communication is available.
